Emma Ignaszewski
Emma Ignaszewski is the Associate Director of Industry Intelligence and Initiatives at the Good Food Institute, a nonprofit think tank accelerating the growth of the alternative protein industry. At GFI, Emma oversees the corporate engagement team’s industry intelligence and initiatives to catalyze corporate innovation that will transform the food system. Her work helps set the agenda for the most high-impact market and consumer research to accelerate the adoption of alternative proteins and map the commercial landscape for plant-based, fermentation-enabled, and cultivated meat. She has previously worked in strategy, marketing, and communications in the design industry as well as the health education and access sector. Emma also has a background in the TED community, founding and curating regional TEDx events and helping thinkers hone their ideas worth spreading. She holds a BA in English with a concentration in Creative Writing from Cornell University.
